What is LoveAllWays?

Overwhelmed by the expectations to be your best self? Not knowing where to start or how to feel. My journey started just like that. Trying to live up to the cultural expectation for my life, hiding and dimming my inner light. Shortly after joining the military I went into the darkest time of my life, using drugs and alcohol to escape what had become my reality. Feeling so lost in anxiety and depression, close to giving up on it all. When things really hit rock bottom I felt a sense of relief knowing that I can start from scratch. This forced me to go inward, understand who I am, my unique gifts, and all the love I have to give. I held onto this new insight and began to give it more attention, slowly implementing healthy habits that would benefit my overall wellness. Learning how to love myself in all ways, through self expression, fitness, nutrition, yoga, and self love practices. I am so impacted with how much my life is changing that it has inspired me to help you create the life you’ve always wanted, without judgement or pressure. Self Love, Fitness + Food, Yoga + Mobility, are the main tools I have implemented into my own journey that I believe set a strong foundation. Recommendations that you can tailor to your goals and needs, making small changes everyday to get you to where you are meant to be.
