Exercise has always been a part of my life but I didn’t always have the passion I have now. In the past I was working out so I can eat whatever I wanted and still try to fit this cultural standard but it seemed to be more of a burden than a benefit. I had no intention other than to do what I’ve always been told to do. Eventually I started taking my health more seriously by applying a consistent routine and researching about nutrition. Connecting with my body through fitness I began to feel how important it is to fuel your body with the necessary amount of healthy foods. Rebuilding my relationship with food and learning how to differentiate when I’m actually hungry or just bored, stressed, and/or tired. By getting familiar with what foods sit best with my body I am able to sustain strength and energy! This is a lifestyle, not a short term fix or to reach aesthetic goals because I believe that there can be optimal health at every size. It is time to learn to love and care for your body through new healthy habits. I am here to point you in the right direction with the intention to keep you on track. Become empowered through movement!
