
As I began building love for my body it felt essential to target all aspects of how it functions and to further
express myself through all types of movement! When I discovered yoga it introduced
trust in my body. As I continued to practice I found that I was capable of so much more than I imagined in every aspect of my life -
flexibility, strength, balance, mobility, focus, patience, mindfulness and feeling free to be. Connecting on a deeper level meant listening to and understanding my body's needs. Instead of getting stuck in my head I have learned to let go and move outside the box. Being aware of tension and stress that is stored within different muscles or organs and how to
release that energy through yoga. Creating a healthy baseline for when things get a bit hectic in life, giving myself the tools needed to reset whenever I need to. There are many ways to practice and I am excited to share more of my journey and help you discover a deeper trust within yourself!
